    Hi,
Just wondering if I made the cakes on Sunday then iced/assembled Monday night. Would it still be as awesome on Tuesday?

    • Hi 🙂 it would still be awesome 5 days later.,just wrap in foil or cling film and store in the fridge. It’s so moist, it keeps well over a week and is still beautiful and moist. Good luck! Please come back and let me know how it went 😊

Any advice on converting your Mr Whippy Frosting to Thermomix? 😊

  2. Hi Cassie 🙂 thanks for trying my recipe 🙂 with the Whippy icing, you have to get the butter super creamy and aerated. The issue is going to be the heat that the thermomix generates, because although you have to have the butter at room temp to work with, the slightest bit of heat will cause it to lose that aeration. I’m still without a thermomix but when I go to convert this, I intend to have the bowl cold (put in fridge) and only mix for 20-30 seconds at a time, resting in the fridge, for a minute or two between. That makes it a harder than normal recipe so will put a lot of people off, but if the same consistency can be achieved, it will be a “wow” icing. Good luck!!
